Yes, you are welcome to provide your own images, footage, and branding materials. If additional content is needed, we can assist with sourcing high-quality visuals that align with your brand.

Timelines vary depending on project scope and complexity. Typically, a 3-page website along with logo and video production can take approximately 2-4 weeks. We’ll provide a more accurate timeline after our initial consultation.

Absolutely! We offer rounds of revisions for each element to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result:

• Logo: Two revision rounds

• Promo Video: One to two revision round for text, captions, and voiceover

• Website: Two revision rounds for layout and content

7. What file formats will I receive for my logo?

You will receive your logo in multiple formats for versatility:

• Vector files (e.g., AI, EPS, SVG) for scalability

• Printable files (e.g., PDF, PNG) for high-quality prints

• Transparent files (e.g., PNG) for flexible use on various backgrounds

8. Do I need to provide the text for my website and promo video?

We ask clients to provide all necessary information and content for the website, as it’s specific to your brand. For the promo video, however, we can create customized text, including captions and voiceover scripts. If you have specific messaging, we’re happy to incorporate it to align with your vision.

9. Is hosting and domain registration included with the website?

Hosting and domain registration are not included in the package but can be arranged separately. We can recommend hosting providers and assist you with the setup if needed.

10. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

• Order Cancellation within 48 Hours: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Cancellation after 48 Hours: If an order is canceled after 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• Cancellation after Consultation: If a cancellation is requested after a Zoom consultation, a 75% cancellation fee will apply.

• No Refund after Order Completion: Once the product is completed, no refund will be issued.
